About Kathy Hutto

Kathy brings an exciting and unique skillset to the team. Having earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Accounting in 1994, she has had a diverse work history. She has worked in the automotive service industry for over 15 years where she has functioned as a business manager, accountant, administrator, and marketing manager. Kathy has a keen understanding of the daily requirements and challenges of service center operations. Kathy has worked alongside CEOs of small corporations in both administrative and accounting functions, she has been a staff accountant at a local CPA firm and continues handling private accounting clients, some of whom she has worked with for over 20 years. Kathy was a key administrator for the sales of two corporations; in 2004 a $6,000,000 sale of a local manufacturer and, in 2021, the $4,500,000 sale of a local auto repair service center. Adding to her accomplishments, in 2018, Kathy earned her Real Estate license and has since been actively involved in both commercial and residential sales and acquisitions, including 1031 exchanges.
